Seller Rating:
I have become a close friend with Molly
over the course of several years. I was a
worried about having a friend work for
us But am awfully glad we did, she was willing
to do what ever it took to help us get our home sold!
Molly seemed eager on all fronts regardless of the price
of our home. I have come to realize that in conversations
about her other listings. Everyone of them is a Priority.
I had the home listed 2 other times. 1st with Re-Max, which I feel we may not have enough experience needed to help/guide us. Second time we listed with Coldwell Banker that experience was a nightmare, before we had signed paperwork the agent returned without our knowledge and caused damage to the home. I also heard from a neighbor that was interested in seeing the home who bought a few doors down because our agent was not available or did not return their call...disaster!
I wish we had started here first. Because we have a larger home and wanted to get a fair price, our home remained unsold. Due to issues more connected to the stress in our area than anything, plus an Odd Neighbor did Not help things. I find our area (South Shreveport) has a small town petty politic feel. Many agents don't work well with others, which I feel is a poor reflection of and on our community.
I have a sister and a daughter in the Nashville/Franklin area. I was amazed to see how this experience goes for other people. The agents Always left cards when they showed a home so the seller could see who had been showing their home and feedback was available that evening.
